Intensive Yogaweekends

This weekend is open to everyone who wishes to get acquainted with yoga – young or old, stiff or flexible – as well as to those who already practice yoga and want to go deeper.

In Hatha Yoga, the body is used as an instrument to expand awareness and bring calmness to the mind. Through the practice of physical postures (Asanas), we encounter not only the limits of the physical body but also those of the mental body. Body and mind are inseparably connected.

By practicing yoga, we become more aware of ourselves and of our place in the environment around us. It is about letting go and unfolding – allowing natural processes to happen without interference or expectation.

An Asana, when practiced correctly, consciously, and with relaxation, helps to dissolve blockages on both the physical and mental level. As the body and mind relax, space is created for energy to flow more freely through the body, bringing many beneficial effects.

The form of Hatha Yoga we practice is not about striving for more flexibility, agility, strength, or endurance. These qualities may develop naturally as a result of the practice, but they are never the goal in themselves.

When? Saturday November 29 (08.00h) to Sunday November 30 (17.30h)

Price: Course (no accommodation) €195 (lunch included) // Course & full accommodation: €260 for a double room and €290 for a single room (subject to availability).
